What is the difference for hardcover book and paperbacks?

what is the difference between hardcover books and paperbacks?

1. A hardcover book, (also named hardbacks) with a strong cover and beautiful outlook. They are far more durable than paperbacks and their beauty and collectability mean that they hold their value far better too. so accordingly, the hardcover book price is higher than a paperback book. However, paperback is the cheapest option and economical way.

2. Most books are first released as hardbacks, then re-released in a paperback form maybe a few months or even a year later as a marketing boost.

3. A paperback is light, compact and easily transportable, able to be bent and stuffed into the corner of a bag.  so choose a paperback if you will be reading while traveling.

4. Hardbacks are built to last, able to withstand both daily wear and tear and the test of time, so if you plan to keep it for a long time, choose hardbacks. Also, hardbacks can also be a gift for your friends.
